Bio

When you meet someone new one of the first questions almost always asked is 'So what do you do?' They mean 'What's your job?'. As if what you do to pay the bills will necessarily tell them deep and important things about who you are as a person. I hate that question. 'Who are you?' is a much better one.
In no particular order I am: husband, father, geek, martial artist, and professor of cognitive psychology. Only one of those is my job.
